How to make chicken kabab chilo recipe / murgh kabab recipe

Chicken kabab chilo is a delicious dish with flavors originating from the Indian subcontinent. While there is no specific recipe called "chicken kabab chilo" that I'm aware of, I can provide you with a general chicken kebab recipe that you can adapt according to your preferences. Here's a simple recipe to make chicken kebabs:

Ingredients:

500 grams boneless chicken, cut into small cubes

1 tablespoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon garlic paste

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using)

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, red chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

If using wooden skewers, thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers. If using metal skewers, you can skip this step.

Brush the grill grates or a baking sheet with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Place the chicken skewers on the preheated grill or baking sheet. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a slightly charred appearance.

Remove the chicken kebabs from the grill or oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve the chicken kababs hot with mint chutney, yogurt sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce. You can also serve them with naan bread or rice and a side salad.

Feel free to adjust the spices and seasoning according to your taste preferences. You can also add chopped onions, bell peppers, or other vegetables between the chicken pieces on the skewers for added flavor and variety. Enjoy your chicken kebabs!
