Murgh Noorani Kabab is a delicious Indian dish made with marinated chicken pieces cooked on a grill or tandoor. Here's a recipe to make Murgh Noorani Kabab:
Ingredients:
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into small cubes
1 cup hung curd (thick yogurt)
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cashew paste
2 tablespoons melon seed paste
2 tablespoons fresh cream
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon kasuri methi powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving) cheese
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, cashew paste, melon seed paste, fresh cream, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to make a smooth marinade.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Make sure the chicken pieces are well covered with the marinade. Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor.
Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using a grill, lightly oil the grates to prevent the chicken from sticking.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Shake off any excess marinade before placing them on the grill.
Drizzle some oil over the chicken skewers to keep them moist while grilling. Cook the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking. The chicken should be cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter.
Garnish the Murgh Noorani Kababs with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
Enjoy the flavorful and tender Murgh Noorani Kababs as an appetizer or as a part of your main course. They pair well with mint chutney or a squeeze of lemon juice. Cheese
